Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Society3ssentials.
At that point, your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Damages that occur during shipping

Any issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Society3ssentials is not liable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Society3ssentials does not control shipping times once the order has been dispatched.
